The extra light to the top, right, is a lens reflection of the Moon.
It is not really there.

The light to the top, left, is not really there.
It is either a reflection of the Moon, or of a nearby street light, out of the picture.

The exact same effect, the light/dot to the top, right is not there.
It is an odd reflection of some sort.
You will also see a mild lens flare.
